Fokus II is located in the Riverwalk Building at 15 Kennedy Street in Winnipeg. At Fokus II, tenants can rent condo units owned by Ten Ten Sinclair Housing Inc. to have an accessible independent living environment supported with 24-hour on-site attendant care services. There are a total of 15 Fokus condo units located in the building.
