Access and Use
Our LMS is only available to registered employees of our organization. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Content
All content provided through the LMS, including but not limited to course materials, videos, articles, and quizzes, is the property of our organization or its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or display any content without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use the LMS for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You may not use the LMS to upload or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive. You may not use the LMS to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our LMS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the LMS will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the LMS or its content, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of your use of the LMS or its content. This includes damages resulting from errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the LMS, or from the transmission of viruses, worms, or other harmful components through the LMS.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the LMS at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the LMS after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Manitoba. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the LMS shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Manitoba.
